Our policy can provide premises only liability coverage for your rental home and/or seasonal home and provide a property limit on the dwelling. You can choose from optional coverages such as basic form in which vandalism, theft, earthquake, equipment breakdown and liability can be added or if the dwelling qualifies can offer broad form coverage to broaden the perils covered.
