Our Team – Bios

Mike has been with the farm mutual company since 1980 being elected as a director of the board then only a couple of years later being elected President in March of 1982. He became an agent in January of 1983 and working full time with the farm mutual company in 1990. Mike is humbly aware of the heritage that comes with being involved in the unique aspects of a farm mutual company. The past and continued success of the company is due on large part to the policyholders and pride they take in maintaining their property. It is Mike’s goal to honor those who started the farm mutual company over 125 years ago by leaving it a better and stronger company than when he joined.

Dale joined the farm mutual company in May of 1984. In March of 1988 he was elected to the board of directors and was elected as Vice President in March 1993. Dale retired in 2020 from his office duties of claims and inspector. Dale’s background of working for a building supply company and door company is an essential asset to the farm mutual company. Dale looks forward to the continued success of the farm mutual company.

Ralph began his career as agent in January of 1980. In March of 1980 he was elected as a director of the board. He has held office of Vice president and is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of the company. Ralph has been a full time employee of the farm mutual since June of 1988. Ralph and his wife are life time residents of Perryville and have 4 children and many grandchildren.

Terry became a director for the farm mutual in 1993. He is originally from Perryville and now reside in Barnhart. He and his wife have three children. Terry likes to fish in his spare time.

Joe is a life time resident of Perryville and works as a landscaper for a local nursery. Joe enjoys camping with his son and significant other. He has been a board member for several years.

Kim Fischer is a life time resident of Ste. Genevieve. She has over 25 years insurance experience. Kim has been a farm mutual board member since 2010 and an agent/employee since 2001. She and her family live on a farm in Ste. Genevieve county where they crop farm and make hay for cattle. She enjoys spending time with her family. She is proud of the farm mutual history of neighbor helping neighbor and while times have changed, the hometown value still exists.

Dena is a member of the Missouri Alliance Mutual Insurance Board. She has an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from University of Missouri – St. Louis and worked in the public school system as a teacher, instructional coach, and curriculum coordinator for 26 years. Dena is a life-long resident of Ste. Genevieve County. She and her family live on their farm in western Ste. Genevieve County where they enjoy raising commercial Angus cattle and riding quarter horses.

Lois Flieg has been an agent since 2010. Prior to 2010, she taught at Ste. Genevieve R-II School District for 32 years. She and her husband, Tom, are lifetime members of the community. They live on a farm in Minnith, Missouri where they raise cattle and chickens. They have 3 grown children and 3 granddaughters. Lois enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies include farming, gardening, and volunteering in the community.

Kate is a lifetime resident of Ste. Genevieve. She joined the farm mutual in 2016. She is an agent and office employee for the company. Kate is proud of being able to offer competitively priced policies with quality coverage and service. She and her husband have two children. Kate enjoys scrapbooking and horse back riding.

Susie has been an agent since 2011. She joined the farm mutual when she started servicing her father’s, Milton Donze, policies. She is a lifelong resident of Ste Genevieve County. She is married and has 2 daughters and four grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and helping others. She enjoys meeting with her clients and providing quality and affordable insurance coverage.

Angie joined the farm mutual company in 2006 as a licensed agent. She became a part time employee of the company in 2010. She is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She and her husband have 3 children and reside in Perryville. Angie enjoys customer referrals. She feels humbled when people feel comfortable and taken care of by the farm mutual company and they let others know.

Jim is a 1992 graduate of Saint Vincent high school and a 1997 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. He has been a probation and parole officer with the state of Missouri for 23 years and an agent with the mutual company since 2008. Jim resides in Perryville with his wife and children. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Joe LeClere has lived in St. Genevieve for over 42 years. He is married with two children. Joe has been an agent with the the farm mutual company for since 2013. He currently is a full time as a teacher at Ste. Genevieve School district. Joe enjoys spending time with his family and hunting.

Jeff Leible became a producer for the farm mutual in 1987. Jeff and his wife reside in Brazeau – a small little town south of Perryville – they have 2 children. He and his wife became first time grandparents in April of 2017. He looks forward to serving Missouri Alliance Mutual and its policyholders to make the company the best it can be.

Jane joined the company in January 2001. She is the company underwriter and a licensed agent. She is proud to be a part of Missouri Alliance Mutual Insurance Company. Jane appreciates working for a company that is large enough to provide quality products; yet small enough to offer exceptional customer service.

Chris joined Missouri Alliance Mutual in 1993. Since then, he has taken the role of office manager. He and his wife Mindi reside in Perryville. Chris has 3 children and enjoys spending his free time outdoors, fishing and working in the yard. He is proud to be associated with a strong local company like Missouri Alliance Mutual and is excited about the future of the Company.

Matt is a lifelong resident of Perry County where he lives with his wife and three children. He is a 2005 graduate of Perryville High School and 2009 graduate of The University of Missouri – St. Louis. Matt joined the farm mutual company in 2017 as a licensed agent. Matt became a full-time employee of the company in 2020 as the company inspector. Matt most enjoys the interactions he has with insureds when performing inspections and has had the opportunity to meet some very nice people through his travels. Matt also enjoys working with a very knowledgeable and experienced staff at Missouri Alliance Mutual Insurance Company, who has helped him learn and grow. Matt looks forward to the exciting future of MAMIC and is honored to work for a company that strives to serve customers and truly puts customers above all else.

Michael is a lifetime member of the Perryville community where he still resides today. He is a 2005 graduate of Perryville High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Missouri – Saint Louis. In 2012 Michael began his career with the farm mutual company as a licensed agent and works in the Perryville office. He states that it’s a pleasure to work in an office that has a team concept, and with a staff that is helpful and takes great pride in providing top notch customer service. The staff at Missouri Alliance Mutual Insurance Company has both experience and knowledge in the insurance business. He is very proud of the company’s past accomplishments, believes the company has a bright and exciting future, and is honored to be a part of it.

Mindi has been an agent since 2016. She is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and resides in Perryville with her husband. Mindi is proud to be part of a company that represents hometown values and is excited for the future of Missouri Alliance Mutual. Mindi loves to travel and spend time with her loved ones.

Steve joined the Missouri Alliance Mutual team in 2019 as a licensed agent. He grew up in Ste. Genevieve and currently resides in Farmington. He and his wife Hannah have one son. He enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing. He takes great pride in knowing others put their trust in him and Missouri Alliance to protect their families.
